Laura is the daughter of Mary Anne Tourtelot Ball and Denny Ball.
A great time was had by all and it will be a difficult event to top.
Their reception was held at the Union League Club where Joseph Lowry
Tourtelot married Irene Victor 71 years ago in 1938!
